Copyright and Intellectual Property
The work product "EuroCatering Language Training" of the EuroCatering Language Training Partnership (“EuroCatering Partnership ”), including but not limited to sounds, images, and written and aural materials, shall remain the sole property of the EuroCatering Partnership, who reserve all copyright and intellectual property rights to the EuroCatering Partnership. None of the aforementioned materials shall be used or reproduced without the written permission of the EuroCatering Partnership.
Privacy Policy
EuroCatering Partnership respects the users' right to privacy. Personally identifiable information is collected only when voluntarily provided by the user. This information is used to deliver requested items and enable use of the "EuroCatering Language Training" product. EuroCatering Partnership does not rent, sell, or otherwise make available to third parties the personally-identifiable information collected without your express permission. In order to enhance the use for teachers, EuroCatering version 3.0 has added the functionality for teachers to form groups. They can ‘’search’’ for students based in the school or institution. The first name and the first letter of the surname will be displayed. If you wish to keep your profile private, go to your profile and tick “keep my profile private”.
